coastal retreat
excellent location good views friendly staff
i found the location excellent for accessing attractions to the north. sea views from the bedroom were good (i took some great photos). the staff was friendly.
the confirmation message could mention avoiding the dead end, as sat nav directed me there. this resulted in some initial parking challenges, which i hope they can improve .

breakfast included a full yorkshire option and it was very tasty. the food presentation was well done and the prices seemed reasonable. i would be happy to eat here again (especially the sausages!).

a mixed experience, overall
dirty plate cheap juice
the location provided easy access to the beach.
the four poster bed seemed nice, but it wasn't practical, it moved and hit the wall, even with blocks in place. my breakfast was served on a dirty plate. the breakfast selection felt basic with cheap juice and no fruit.

the cooked breakfasts were freshly made. i found the staff were very helpful, especially albert. the living area and bar was lovely and cosy at night, other guests gathered for drinks there. i had a real good laugh.
I found the room a bit outdated. the shower was terrible. I think it needs an upgrade. the bedding felt awful, and so did the pillows. I wish they were better quality.

the views of north bay beach were quite lovely. dean was very friendly, and he showed me around properly. gluten-free breakfast options were available, so that worked well for me.

I found the location superb. It was a short walk to many attractions. sea views greeted me each morning from the bedroom window. the staff were really friendly. Their cute smiles made each day brighter. my room had everything i needed, from tea to toiletries.
the confirmation message could include clearer directions, as sat nav led me to a dead end. this caused some initial parking confusion and frustration. better signage or instructions could prevent similar issues .
